PERCEPTION & THE PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION
This installation, a sculptural painting series, breaks down the artist’s process of designing the Single Word Character. All the components in each piece were fabricated with common building materials, using tools provided by The Microsoft Garage maker’s lab: laser cutter, CNC machinery, vinyl printer, 3D printer.
The piece intends to inspire visitors to the Microsoft offices with a new approach to ideation, creative pathways, innovation, and building, especially with the tools available in The Garage.
